The Liner Notes For  "THE THIRD MAN"

THE TRUE BROTHERS, JACKY AND ROGER have traveled from hopefuls to expressive gospel singers.  My ears heard them three years ago at the opening of the Louvin Brothers Museum.  Their music then had an earnestness that told me that I was listening to the real thing.

They have favored me with their new CD album "The Third Man".  With many gospel  music "milemakers".  They have tackled some of the great gospel songs and have done them proud.  They are all done superbly.

If you like down to earth gospel music this album will satisfy your taste for pure gospel singing.

Their respectful offering of "The Family Who Prays" a song from my brother, Ira and me.  Made me proud of their interpretation.

I HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THEIR ALBUM 'I LOVE IT';  I wish these artist and messengers of the great gospel legacy the best!
